CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens sometimes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you may do so within the same week. You are only eligible to reschedule your appointment once. I charge 100% of the services booked for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
