We specialize in treating and providing relief for TMJ/TMD, headaches + migraines, upper body tension and nervous system regulation — All while sculpting and naturally lifting the face! CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens sometimes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. You are only eligible to reschedule your appointment once when transferring your deposit. We charge 100% of the services booked for any no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment We do allow a grace period of 10 minutes. Once 10 minutes has passed, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged accordingly. All deposits are non-refundable.

Ilona Harris - Owner
Our Founder, Ilona Harris. To know her is to love her. After struggling with TMJ, autoimmune challenges, and skin concerns of her own, Ilona was determined to find a root-cause solution — not a temporary fix. As a Licensed Esthetician since 2023 with a passion for holistic healing, she believed the body was designed to adapt and support itself when given the right tools. After exploring countless avenues with little relief, Ilona discovered the transformative benefits of lymphatic drainage and buccal facial massage. Upon studying the technique and experiencing immediate relief firsthand, everything changed. That breakthrough became the foundation of The Sculpted Lady. As the first to bring buccal facial massage to Chattanooga, Ilona and her team now offer a curated menu of services including lymphatic facials paired with buccal fat facial massage, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and brow services — all rooted in intention and whole-body support.
Carley Atkins
Carley, Licensed Esthetician. With a background in medical spas, Carley brings both clinical knowledge and refined technique to The Sculpted Lady. While she built her foundation in results-driven treatments, she discovered a deeper passion for holistic healing and supporting the skin from the inside out. Microneedling quickly became one of her favorite services — blending precision with transformation to help clients achieve healthy, radiant skin. Carley is passionate about delivering intentional treatments that bridge advanced aesthetics with whole-body wellness, creating results that feel as good as they look.
Grace Ayers
Grace, Licensed Esthetician. With her own experience navigating TMJ challenges, Grace understands firsthand how deeply tension and discomfort can affect daily life. That personal journey fuels her passion for providing true relief and supporting her clients in healing from the inside out. Grace believes skincare is more than surface-level — it’s about restoring balance, easing tension, and creating space for the body to function the way it was designed to. She is dedicated to helping each client not only feel better physically, but also walk away more confident, radiant, and empowered in their own skin.
