Welcome to The Sculpted Lady — where true healing begins. We are a faith-based, holistic spa rooted in one core belief: it’s all connected. Your skin, lymphatic system, muscles, nervous system, stress, and the way your body holds tension don’t operate independently — so we don’t approach them that way. Known for our signature lymphatic face work and buccal facial massage, we support concerns ranging from facial puffiness and fluid retention to TMJ/TMD discomfort, headaches and migraines, upper-body tension, and nervous system regulation. Our approach can also complement wellness-focused fertility and birth preparation through relaxation, circulation, and tension release. But what we do goes beyond the treatment itself. We educate our clients on what may be happening both internally and externally — and how those pieces can be connected. Why does your jaw stay tight? Why is your face constantly puffy? Why are you holding tension through your neck and shoulders? How can stress and the nervous system influence what you see and feel? Our goal is to help you connect those dots. Every treatment is intentional and individualized, whether you’re seeking healthier skin, facial sculpting, tension relief, nervous system support, or simply a place to slow down. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens sometimes. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 50 hours before your appointment. You are only eligible to reschedule your appointment once when transferring your deposit. If an appointment is rescheduled within short notice and we allow that, you will not be eligible to cancel said rescheduled appointment. We charge 100% of the services booked for any no-shows, cancellations or rescheduling within 50 hours of the scheduled appointment. We do allow a grace period of 10 minutes. Once 10 minutes has passed, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged accordingly. All deposits are non-refundable.

Ilona Harris
Our Founder, Ilona Harris. To know her is to love her. After navigating TMJ, ongoing health challenges, and skin concerns of her own, Ilona became determined to find an approach that looked beyond temporary relief. As a Licensed Esthetician with a deep passion for holistic wellness, she believed there had to be a way to support the skin, muscles, lymphatic system, and nervous system together — rather than treating each concern separately. That search led Ilona to lymphatic drainage and buccal facial massage. After studying the techniques and experiencing their impact firsthand, her entire approach to esthetics changed. She began looking beyond the surface of the skin and focusing on how tension, fluid retention, stress, and the body’s interconnected systems can influence the way we both look and feel. That philosophy became the foundation of The Sculpted Lady. As the first to bring buccal facial massage to Chattanooga, Ilona has continued to develop The Sculpted Lady into a space where esthetics and whole-body wellness meet. Today, she leads a team of Licensed Estheticians who share that same approach — providing intentional, individualized care designed to help clients feel supported from the inside out. What began as Ilona’s search for answers has grown into something much bigger: a place built around the belief that true healing goes deeper than the surface.
Grace Ayers
Grace, Licensed Esthetician. With her own experience navigating TMJ challenges, Grace understands firsthand how deeply tension and discomfort can affect daily life. That personal journey fuels her passion for providing true relief and supporting her clients in healing from the inside out. Grace believes skincare is more than surface-level — it’s about restoring balance, easing tension, and creating space for the body to function the way it was designed to. She is dedicated to helping each client not only feel better physically, but also walk away more confident, radiant, and empowered in their own skin.
Shayda Hindawash
Shayda, Licensed Esthetician. With a natural passion for wellness and serving others, Shayda was drawn to esthetics through her desire to help people feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in their own skin. She believes skincare is about more than appearance — it’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and support the body as a whole. Shayda was especially drawn to The Sculpted Lady’s faith-based, holistic approach to beauty and wellness. She is passionate about intentional care that goes beyond traditional skincare, from lymphatic and buccal massage to tension relief and nervous system support. Her goal is for every client to feel genuinely cared for and leave feeling refreshed, uplifted, and more confident than when they arrived.
